Refund Policy

This policy explains how Advocate Susil Kumar Mohapatra Memorial Foundation and Educational Trust handles refunds for donations and membership fees.

Donations

Donations are voluntary and are generally not refundable once received.

If an amount was debited in error or more than once, contact us within 7 days with the transaction details and we will review the request.

Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership has been activated.

If your application is not approved, the fee paid will be refunded in full.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 7 to 10 working days.
